Our client is a globally leading, crisis-proof company based in Austria. With more than 10,000 employees all over the world, they are a strong, growing and diverse group of companies. From their headquarters they juggle all HR agendas and coordinate all global HR processes. To drive the topics and the professional team forward, we are looking for a HRIS manager.

Ihre Aufgaben:

    HR digitalization and process development
  • Owner of the global HR standard process template
  • As a key person in the company you are part of a cross-departmental committee that determines the direction of further development
  • You will manage further roll outs of the HRIS system and other digital tools to assess the impact on the organization
  • HR Reporting/Data Analytics
  • As a business partner for various departments you will support the global efforts to keep all HR master data up to date
  • Provide key HR metrics for monitoring the strategic and operational performance of the Company organization and the leadership processes
  • Closely cooperate with FI, CO, Communications etc. in providing high quality HR information wherever needed
  • Support the global efforts to keep all HR master data accurate and up-to-date
  • HR Program Management
  • Accountable for setting up and running HR program management office
  • Lead certain projects
  • Leadership role
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the global HR strategy and organizational development of HR
  • You actively take on a leadership role within the global HR management team
  • Guide and lead your team of 5 direct reports

Ihr Profil:

  • You graduated with a Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field (business administration, HR, information technology, organizational behavior, etc.) or equivalent qualification
  • 6+ years of work experience in HR Management, HR Digitalization, HR information systems, in an international company
  • You have anlready gainend first leadership experience
  • You are passionate about IT tools and solutions, preferably already implemented a new tool in a company
  • With your hands-on mentality and a high level of self-organisation, drive and strategic thinking, you are able to work efficiently and precisely
  • You have excellent project management and change management skills
  • Leadership, intercultural competence and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Position requires regular travelling (<20%) abroad
  • You are fluent in Business English

You are the perfect candidate with the right skillset for this position? Excellent, we will be happy to offer you a fair salary offer starting at € 80,000 gross annually. We are always interested in applications from talented people who do not entirely fulfill all the requirements or who bring an above-average amount of knowledge and experience with them. In these cases, starting salaries below or above are also possible.
